Impact of the "Olive Dad" Project
Within the scope of the "Olive Father" project of the Metropolitan Municipality, the studies carried out under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mücahit Taha Özkaya, Director of the Food Safety Institute of Anadolu University, contributed greatly to olive production in the region.
