Some olives (Olea europaea L.) Anatomical and bio in steels of different applications in their varieties...

Anatomical differences with changes in internal carbohydrates (total sugar and starch) and phenolic compounds were investigated in German samples every 15 days during the rooting of Gemlik (easy to root) and Domata (difficult to root) side wood cuttings of the most important black and green table olive varieties of our country in a Shaded Plastic Roost (GPT) following different applications (IBA, Wounding and Wounding + IBA) (90 days).

The wood, bark and leaf textures of the steels were analyzed separately. The total amount of sugar was generally found to be higher in the Domat variety compared to Gemlik. the year is 1994 (the year of existence), 1995 yilma (the year of absence) and 90.day steels 15.although it contains less sugar than day steels, the effect of applications on the internal total sugar amount was not found to be significant. The most sugar in steel was found in leaves, bark and wood, respectively. However, the change in the total sugar content of these tissues, according to combinations, differs within themselves. The amount of internal starch was found to be less in 1994, when metabolic activity, such as root and shoot formation, was high, compared to 1995. Domat, according to the type of Gemlik and 90.day steels 15.although it contains higher starch compared to the day, there was no difference between Decadences in the Domat variety in general (unlike the Gemlik variety, there is intense callus formation instead of root). The most starch accumulation in steel was in the leaf, followed by bark and wood texture. The changes of these tissues, according to the combinations, differ in themselves. The effect of applications on starch accumulation was not found to be significant. In qualitative analyses performed by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), wood, bark and leaf …
